About: This stunning Sparkling wine is the first ever from South Africa to made in the champagne style or 'Méthode Traditionale'. Pioneered by Frans Malan it used to be Chenin Blanc in the mix instead of Chardonnay but that has now changed and the classic Champagne grapes are used.

Tasting Notes:  A symphony of energetic yet elegant bubbles create a crown of fresh delights in the glass.  Sizzling notes of white peach contrast with red berries capturing the presence of the three grape varietals.  The palate sculptures into an orchard of white peach and apples with secondary yeast flavours.  There is a fine balance between the fruit and acidity displaying beautiful finesse and elegance and an unforgettable finish.
