Belonging to the Lambert family since 1935, the Domaine des Pasquiers, with its 87 hectares, extends over several appellations including IGP Vaucluse, Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône villages Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône villages Sablet and Gigondas.

On the slopes of Sablet, the vineyard, with vines on average 40 years old, produces low yields compared to the rest of the estate.

This, subsequently, guarantees a beautiful aromatic concentration of the berries.

This white wine from one of our favourite producers is a beautiful pale colour, with aromas of white flowers and it is richly textured, ample in the mouth.

Full bodied, smokey, well rounded, even opulent with a subtle, aromatic finish.
