Hailing from the Côte de Beaune, this 2023 vintage reflects the traditional winemaking practices of the Jobard family. Pure Chardonnay grapes produce a palate characterised by citrus notes and a distinct stony minerality. Extended ageing in French oak barrels contributes nuances of hazelnut and a structured mouthfeel. It pairs well with white fish, roasted poultry, or grilled vegetables.
