Originating from a five-hectare monopole in the Côte de Beaune, this 100% Pinot Noir demonstrates the profile of the 2015 harvest. Ripe dark fruit notes of blackberry and cherry intermingle with earthy undertones and a mineral backbone. Traditional oak ageing provides firm tannins and a concentrated finish. Serve at room temperature to complement roasted game or mature cheeses.
