Cocchi Barolo Chinato - Hammonds

Widely considered the gold standard of its category, this aromatized wine is produced in the Piedmont region of Italy. It begins with a base of estate-grown DOCG Barolo wine (100% Nebbiolo), which is then infused with a secret blend of herbs and spices, most notably cinchona bark, to create a drink that is simultaneously bitter, sweet, and profoundly complex.
