Château Ormes de Pez, St Estèphe, 2019 - Hammonds

Produced in the northern Médoc, this 2019 vintage comprises a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Maturation in French oak barrels imparts structure to the dark fruit aromas and earthy undertones. Firm tannins and a persistent finish reflect the gravel-rich soils of the estate. Serve at room temperature alongside roasted meats.
