Originating from a steep, south-facing walled vineyard in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, this 2010 vintage blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Partial vinification in wooden barrels yields a structure defined by notes of ripe stone fruit, toasted brioche, and a distinct chalky minerality. Extended cellar ageing results in a fine bead and a persistent, dry finish. It serves as an ideal accompaniment to roasted poultry or game.
