Originating from a historic four-hectare Grand Cru plot in Aÿ, this 2015 vintage Blanc de Noirs is crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grapes. The wine undergoes vinification in small oak barrels and matures under natural cork to develop its character. Notes of toasted brioche and honeyed stone fruits transition into a palate defined by subtle spice and a long, saline finish.
