TASTING NOTES

Pale straw-green with golden tinges. Aromas and flavours of lemon, gooseberry, crystallised nectarine peel and sage. Bright and crisp on entry, then rounder and more mellow, with a nice persistent hint of lime and white flowers on the finish.
