 Pale yellow, crystalline.

Nose:

 Rich and complex with aromas of citrus and ripe fruit.

Taste:

 Opulent with floral and fruity notes. The minerality brings a very nice finesse with a good, aromatic extension.

Food-wine pairings:

 Delicious with foie gras, accompanied by gingerbread and fig jam.

ABV: 14%

Ageing: 5 to 10 years

Serve between: 10 and 12°C
