A little oak on the nose complementing the raspberry and black cherry notes. Warming and upfront on the palate, with full fine tannins and beautiful acidity.

Quimera is Achaval Ferrer's annual search for perfection. Inspired by Greek mythology, this powerful blend reflects the beast that is a product of different animals. A chimera is also a search for the unattainable; each vintage the winemaking team strives to find the very best parcels of fruit from across their estate to combine into this perfect blend.
