Tasting note

Deep purple coloured. The nose shows red and black fruits aromas, plums and quince, with herbal notes. The palate shows a delicate harmony between the plump, juicy fruit and a gently spiced oaky background. Perfectly balanced with ripe tannins on the full finish.

From one of the most sought-after sub-regions of Canelones, this is the Bouza family’s top selection from Las Violetas. Only 300 bottles of this wine are produced each vintage, from the plot and barrel that stands out from all the others.
