Golden coloured, the nose shows savoury and spicy notes, with almond, citrus and greengage. The palate has great structure, with fine acidity, some savoury orchard fruits and a touch of tannin. Long and dry on the finish.

Our thoughts

Thanks to its extensive skin contact and amphorae ageing, this is full of flavour, structure and tannin, but remains very pure and precise.
