Light garnet in colour, with flavours that develop over time in the mouth; full of blackberry and stewed strawberries.  Good tannic structure typical of the Bobal grape variety.  13.5% ABV.  

Goes well with sausages, chicken or meat stews, mixed salads or rice dishes
