Now, this is something pretty special. Sauvignon Blanc ferments in oak and is kept in contact with its lees (yeast deposits) making for a richly textured, intense white wine. Across the nose and palate, there are notes of grapefruit, marmalade, orange blossom and honey. This fabulous white finishes with a lean backbone of crisp, citrus-driven acidity.
