Shipping policy
If a customer fails to provide accurate and complete order details, and the order is consequently accepted or collected by another party, the company accepts no responsibility for the loss or misuse of that order.
Likewise, where delivery is attempted on multiple occasions and the customer is not present to receive the goods, the company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred while the items are in the possession of the delivery service. In such circumstances, any chargeback requests will be rejected.
